Coordinated medical support in the comfort of home

E'Lou is developing a clinical service pathway designed to bring qualified health professionals, organized care, and clear communication into the home.

Planned Clinical Capabilities

Services built around assessed medical need

Final service availability will depend on E'Lou's approved license, the patient's needs, professional staffing, practitioner orders, payer requirements, and whether the service can be delivered safely in the home.

Skilled nursing

Clinical assessments, condition monitoring, medication-related nursing services, treatment support, and patient education performed by an appropriately licensed nurse under an authorized plan of care.

Post-hospital support

Time-limited clinical support designed to strengthen continuity after discharge, reinforce provider instructions, and communicate relevant changes through the approved care process.

Wound and treatment support

Ordered wound care and other skilled treatments performed only by professionals whose Florida license, training, and demonstrated competency authorize the assigned service.

Therapy and rehabilitation

Physical, occupational, and speech-language services may be coordinated when included within E'Lou's authorized service scope and delivered by properly licensed professionals.

Home health aide and CNA support

Personal care and appropriately delegated routine tasks performed within the worker's training, credential, supervision requirements, and the patient's authorized plan.

Care coordination

Communication among the patient, authorized representative, ordering practitioner, and service professionals to support an organized and documented care experience.

Florida-Aligned Standards

Safety, scope, and accountability come first

Every active service must fit the license, the professional's legal scope, and the patient's authorized care requirements.

  • Services must be authorized by the Florida license under which E'Lou operates.
  • Clinical duties are limited to each professional's license, training, and lawful scope of practice.
  • Medical services require the appropriate order or plan of care when required by law or payer policy.
  • Credentials, required background-screening eligibility, and service competency are verified before assignment or referral.
  • Clinical documentation, privacy, infection-control, and emergency-planning requirements apply to active services.
  • Insurance eligibility and authorization do not guarantee staffing or service availability.

Coverage and Payment

Benefits must be verified before care begins

Payment may involve private pay, Medicare, Florida Medicaid, a managed-care plan, or another insurance benefit. Coverage depends on eligibility, medical necessity, authorization, provider enrollment, network participation, and the approved service plan.

Coverage is not guaranteed by an inquiry or a plan listing.

E'Lou will publish accepted plans only after contracting and enrollment are complete. Patients should not send medical records, Social Security numbers, or insurance identification through ordinary email.

Medical emergency notice

This website and E'Lou Enterprise's future home-based services are not substitutes for emergency medical care. Call 911 when a person may be experiencing a medical emergency.
